As the popularity of our coffee has
increased we have installed a large world-class roaster at Malanda to cater for the
demand.
The green beans from the Laura Valley Estate at Lakeland are carefully roasted
to release their beautiful full bodied, smooth taste with notes of chocolate and
nuts.
Soon after roasting, our coffee is
packaged into foil bags with one-way, de-gassing valves that maintain the wonderful
freshness.
All four styles have our characteristic smooth, sweet taste free of
any bitterness, and has its own distinctively coloured bag. The result is a
consistent, premium product: truly beautiful coffee. Our four roast styles:
Bella Dark Premium Roast
in the GOLD bag is our rich, full bodied, sweet flavoured espresso roast
coffee that is never bitter. Mingled with some dark roasted pearl berry.
Beautiful coffee at a richer level, suitable any way you like to drink coffee -
cappuccino, plunger, stove top, filter or espresso.
Bella Espresso Roast
in the RED pack is our rich, full bodied, sweet flavoured espresso roast
coffee that is never bitter. Beautiful any way you like to drink coffee -
cappuccino, plunger, stove top, filter or espresso.
Bella Medium Roast
in the SILVER pack is lightly roasted with the same rich, full body that
is never bitter. Beautiful as plunger, stove top or filter coffee - for those
who prefer a gentle coffee.
Bella Pearl Berry
in the BLUE pack is a rare naturally occurring bean, comprising 5% of the
crop, lightly roasted. Something beautiful for the connoisseur.
All our styles are available as either
whole bean or ground for filter or plunger. Of course, because we are a
boutique producer, we can custom roast and grind to order.

Bella Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans
in a clear stand up cello pouch. Our own medium roast
pearl berry beans coated in either milk or dark chocolate. Beautifully divine!
Bella Macadamias
is the latest addition to our range. Roasted, lightly salted and packed in 150g
stand up bags. Beautiful! We are firstly a farming family and this is another
of our products.
Awards
For the first time we have entered our
coffee into competition. We sent Bella Dark Premium Roast to the Sydney
Royal Easter Show 2005 and were awarded a Bronze medal in the Plunger Coffee.
100% Single Origin Coffee. (Either Imported or Australian bean) This is a great
accolade for our Tropical North Queensland grown coffee competing on a world
stage.
